The company primarily serves well-known international consumer electronics enterprises and is the designated distributor for Philips mobile power supplies, travel USB chargers, car chargers, selfie sticks, mobile phone and tablet stands, screen protectors, and other related products in China. In 2017, RichGo expanded its reach, becoming the general agent of PHILIPS for the aforementioned product categories in the Asia region.

In 2020, Richgo became an authorized licensee of the Nokia brand for earphones and accessories in China and Asia-Pacific region.
